Amarello Business Digital Consulting N.V. (“AmbizDC”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit ambizdc.com, contact us, create an account or buy products and software licenses from our online store, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

2. Personal data we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and consultation forms: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Customer account: name, email address, password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form) and the details you save in your account.
- Orders: billing name, company, address, country, email address, phone number, the products or licenses you buy, order amounts, currency and order notes.
- Software licenses: the license keys assigned to your order, the license term and the dates of purchase, delivery and renewal.
- Support: the information you share with us when you ask for help, including technical details of your devices if you choose to provide them.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies.
- Order attribution: how you arrived at our store (for example, a search engine or a referral link), recorded with your order.
- Payment and fraud signals: device and transaction data collected by our payment provider to process payments and prevent fraud.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to send it to us.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Payments
Card and other online payments are processed by WooPayments, provided by WooCommerce (Automattic Inc.) and powered by Stripe. Your full card details are entered directly into the payment provider’s secure systems and are never stored on our servers. We receive only limited information, such as the payment status, the card type and the last four digits. The payment provider processes your data under its own privacy policy, including for fraud prevention.
5. Software licenses and third party software
License keys are purchased by AmbizDC as an authorized reseller, stored on our website in encrypted form and assigned to your order. We use your email address to deliver the key and, where applicable, to remind you before it expires. Our administrators can see only the last characters of a key.
When you install and activate the software, for example Malwarebytes, the software vendor collects and processes data directly under its own privacy policy. We have no control over that processing, and we recommend that you read the vendor’s privacy policy before installing the software.
6. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only when necessary, and only with:
- Hosting and website services: Hostinger, which hosts our website, databases and related tools.
- Payment providers: WooPayments and Stripe, to process payments, refunds and fraud checks.
- Email services: providers that deliver our transactional emails and, if you subscribed, our newsletters.
- Software vendors: only where a vendor requires customer details to register or support a license, and only the minimum needed.
- Professional advisers: accountants, auditors and legal advisers, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Authorities: when we are required to do so by law or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
Our service providers may only use your data on our instructions and must protect it appropriately.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Suriname, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data is transferred, we rely on providers that apply recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your personal data.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are needed for the website and store to work and cannot be switched off. Other cookies are used only where permitted.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from logging in or placing an order.
9. Marketing emails
We send newsletters and promotional emails only if you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also withdraw your consent by emailing info@ambizdc.com. Order, license and renewal emails are part of our service and are not marketing.
10. How long we keep your data

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
11. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage of license keys, hashed passwords, restricted administrator access, regular software updates and backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if an incident occurs.
12. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your data in a commonly used, machine readable format (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.
To exercise these rights, email info@ambizdc.com. We may ask you to verify your identity. We respond within 30 days. Please note that we must keep certain order and invoice data to meet legal obligations, even after a deletion request; in that case we keep only what is required.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence, if one exists.
13. Children
Our website and store are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. If we make significant changes, we will inform customers by email or through a notice on our website.
